Well what can i say apart from absolutely amazing first class customer service.
I had a problem with my grinder so decided to drop them a message.
They could of easily advised i send it in to be fixed but instead they sent me a diagram, lots of help and advice and their responses were swift and well out of normal hours.
In this day and age this kind of help and level of care is almost unheard of.
I will be recommending them to anyone and using them anytime i need new equipment.
Loyalty has been secured, thank you again for all your help.

Great service! Couldn’t recommend them any more, really friendly and welcoming. I bought an ex display model of the barista express impress and on arrival was promptly greeted with the machine and then an hour long tutorial on how to use, maintain and get the best out of the machine. All at a great price. I will be taking it back for regular services now knowing what a difference it can make to your coffee. Very professional service provided, Thankyou.

Genuinely excellent service. They took two broken coffee machines and repaired them within the span of a week - well priced and extremely professional, and the owner even spent time with me afterwards to explain the problems, and give advice about coffee.

So nice to find Espresso Rescue in a world where it's often cheaper to buy new because the manufacturer charges a fortune. Espresso Rescue repaired my machine at a reasonable price within a week. They are friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly consider buying my next machine from them.

My Sage Oracle had so many problems any other technician would have told me to throw it away but Vittori sourced some parts, made the ones he couldn’t get and serviced the machine - it works better now than it ever has! Great service. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgable and passionate about coffee making. It’s a great idea because without it more coffee makers would end up being replaced and they are not cheap! I took my old gaggia classic over and it is now working like new. It is not about the money, in my case, my old gaggia has such sentimental value that I didn’t want to part with it. I use it every day and I can raise a cup to all those who shared it use but are no longer with us

Sage machine failing to keep pressure. Espesso Rescue underook full service and replaced all seals and set up. Machine now works better than it ever has. Great job and great value. Fabulous customer service too

I needed them to fix my Sage Barista Express that was broken and out of warranty. I like that they inspected the machine for free and gave me two service options: only make the fix or fix plus full service of the machine. I went for the later option as I'm planning to keep it for a while. Great communication throughout the whole service and the machine works perfectly now. Can recommend them over the official sage service that wanted charge me the same money (I paid for the fix plus full service) only to come to my place to inspect it... The only downside is the need to post the machine, but not a big deal if you still have the original box.
